FitFjord is operated by Mandal Software, org. nr. 927 285 703, Lørenskog, Norway. By using the FitFjord mobile app or website at fitfjord.com, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of FitFjord shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use FitFjord. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Waiver and release of liability

By using FitFjord you agree to hold harmless Mandal Software, its owner, officers and affiliates from any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from your fitness activities or use of this service. You agree that FitFjord has no liability to you under any theory of liability. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Fitness and nutritional information disclaimer

FitFjord provides fitness and nutritional information for general informational and educational purposes only. This information is not intended as medical advice and should not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult a physician before starting any workout or diet programme. If you feel pain or discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

AI guidance disclaimer

FitFjord uses artificial intelligence to identify gym machines and estimate nutritional content. AI results are not reviewed by certified professionals and may be inaccurate. Machine guidance is for general education only and is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified personal trainer. Calorie and macro estimates are approximations only.

Medical information disclaimer

Information provided by FitFjord is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not use FitFjord as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Subscriptions, free trial and auto-renewal

FitFjord Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies. Contact hello@fitfjord.com if you need help locating your subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse FitFjord, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or use automated systems to scrape or overload our APIs.

DMCA and intellectual property

If you believe content on FitFjord infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@fitfjord.com with sufficient detail to identify the work and the infringing material.
